Configure Notifications
For Slack delivery, first follow Connect Your Slack Workspace and Add Confidence to a Slack Channel.1
Go to Surfaces
Go to Surfaces and select your surface.

Open Settings
Click Settings.

Configure notifications
On the right sidebar, click the edit icon in the Notifications section to configure how to send notifications to Slack or email.

Add Confidence to Slack channel
Follow Add Confidence to a Slack Channel so the app can post notifications.
Adding the app to a channel doesn’t configure its notifications. Select the destination in the surface settings to send surface activity there.
